Terrible product! I read all the reviews before ordering this and was prepared for the worst but still decided to give it a try. I definitely should have listened to everyone else when they said it's shrinking to zero! I did exactly what the instructions said, even checking the temperature with a thermometer to make sure it was perfect. Mouthguards compress so much that they will probably only fit a 1 or 2 year old. My daughter is 9 years old and I wanted a child sized mouthguard instead of an adult sized one. Perhaps the adult size of this brand is more suitable for a child as they shrink a lot? Don't order, you will be disappointed! (The picture shows a mouthguard that was not heated in the middle compared to the other two I have heated and tried to shape. As you can see they not only shrunk but also formed poorly.)
