The bristles on the brush really hit the spot as they are hard enough to exfoliate yet soft.
The bristles on the brush are truly amazing: they're hard enough to shave, yet soft enough that you don't feel like you're brushing with steel wool. I'm not sure I'd recommend this for people with very thick beards due to the compact size of the brush head, but I have a thick beard that I trim pretty short and this brush is perfect for me.
