These remotes are amazing!
It's not often that I find something so compelling that I give it 5*, but these remotes are amazing. Reading previous reviews I expected that I would not have to go through the remote learning process or that the remotes just wouldn't work. This was not the case. I used them with the 3rd generation Apple TV. I opened up the remotes and all three I bought worked right away with no further intervention. The remotes feel lighter than my original Apple remote. They're bigger too (which is a good thing). I was frustrated because my kids kept losing their remotes or dropping the remotes on the couch. I assume larger consoles are less likely to be lost.
