Update: After I left my initial 3 star review, the company contacted me with several options to improve my purchase. They were courteous, courteous, prompt and professional in making sure I was happy. This kind of customer service deserves 5 stars. I love those long U pillows because they support my hips, knees and back. But it just didn't have enough filling to make it a good prop. Even after shaking it up within 24 hours of vacuum packing, it's still only 3/4 full. This is a simple solution - I have already ordered polypropylene. However, it would be wise to have them on hand before ordering so that you don't have to wait for good support at night.
