A Store That Left Me Feeling "Ruff ": Paws Off Pawz

I'm sorry to be the one to break the bad news, but Pawz was not a paw-some experience. Despite the website's claims of having a large assortment of fashionable clothing and exquisite jewelry, I felt "ruff" after making a purchase. The user interface of the website was a bit of a dog's meal, to start. Finding what I was looking for was challenging, and the checkout procedure was perplexing and time-consuming. When my products did finally come, the quality was poor and they did not match the website's description. To make matters worse, I encountered a roar of apathy when I contacted customer service to voice my concerns. They gave off the impression that they had zero interest in fixing the problem or making things right. I'll put it this way: I was dissatisfied and upset by Pawz. I wouldn't advise anyone looking for top-notch stylish items or outstanding customer service to visit this store. Though I hate to be the one to say it, there are times when it is preferable to simply paws off and search elsewhere.

Pros
  • Quick and simple web-based shopping.
Cons
  • fewer possibilities for sizes.
