Pros: This fan pushes a lot of air and has two speeds for convenience. it has retractable side extensions for use in windows. It comes with handy detachable legs should you wish to use it as a table fan (although there is no space on top of the fan to store them to avoid misplacing them). Excellent customer service. They completely resolved the issues I had with my first fan with no issues or questions. This is a company with integrity. Cons: While it does have retractable side blinds that can be used when installing a window, it doesn't have any grooves or channels to help it stay wedged in the window, so let it rattle at high speed for a couple of hours and it will work. breaks and falls out of the window. This can be a big problem for residents of apartments that are not on the ground floor. Overall, the customer service from this company shows me that I can trust the product and that if there is a problem, they fix it right away. You could teach some great companies a valuable lesson.
