First things first. I'll get straight to the point and later describe my personal experience with the backpack and the customer service. The backpack is of excellent quality, inside there is a pocket for a laptop and on the back there are small pockets for things like pens and chargers. a smaller pocket, maybe for your phone. And the front pockets are very pretty and look very good. Okay, now for my personal experience. I bought a backpack a month ago, mind you, for a long time I agonized over the choice of a cheap but good backpack for school. I saw this one and really wanted it because I thought it looked good so I bought it. Later that month I kept thinking about it and whether I should cancel the order (I'm a shy person so the more I thought about it the more I worried about the backpack being very outgoing and sweet which I was I didn't want to be noticed. That's my personal issue.) I of course forgot I bought a backpack and when my dad told me it arrived I filled it out for a return. Please note that there is nothing wrong with the product, I really liked it but knew that it would take me some time to get used to it and to wear it outside the house as I don't want attention (also good or bad attention) I filled out the return and refund form and ok...although the delivery was free, the post office charged me a lot of money for the return. So I contacted the seller and they were very accommodating. To be honest they had the best customer service I have ever seen on Amazon. Of course they solved my problem and the customer service was so good that I wanted to write a proper review because they really need to be commended for that, for their understanding of my e, for how quickly they responded to my messages, and also for the general kindness they have shown throughout the process and because if the quality of the product is excellent I will really give you a thumbs up and I really want you to know that this seller is very trustworthy and the product is really good.
