Review on Dimmable Standard Industrial Electrical Reflector by HC Lighting: Enhancing Illumination Efficiency by Nazrul Boscan

I have used these lamps in a china cupboard and for this purpose at least they are utter junk and should be avoided. The first bulb burned out in less than 20 minutes, while the second and third bulbs each lasted less than an hour. I did not use the fourth bulb (order came in a pack of 4) except to show the unused bulb in the photos for this review. The lamps are very hot. The photos show the blown bulb on the left and you can see how the base burns compared to a new bulb in less than an hour of use. I think the bulbs might have been for a different purpose (the lava lamp mentioned). In the base-down position, heat can dissipate better. But when using a socket in a porcelain display case, in my opinion, the heat is not dissipated and burns out the lamps very quickly.
