In general, I'm happy with it. I installed a very powerful power amplifier in the wallbox. Little space was left for connecting conventional straight banana plugs. There are two small things that would make me give it 4 stars instead of 5. I used #10 ga. speaker cable. There is just about enough room to insert the wire, but the set screws need to be unscrewed all the way out, so it takes some force to hook the set screw into the first thread. I've had two bad ones that didn't even catch the set screws on the threads. The customer service from them was excellent. They immediately sent me a replacement. I also wish banana plugs had an insulated end as right angle plugs can rotate which allows the positive and negative plugs to touch. Basically I am satisfied with the products.
