I also bought one from WirelessFinest for $19 but the head strap was so long it was unusable. I paid $24 for it at Vanstalk and it fits perfectly and works great! I used to use the Plantronics M12 to answer, hang up, mute, change volume, etc., but it's not necessary. I just plugged this (with the key on) into the phone's handset jack (I unplugged it). Pick up the phone and talk through this headset - easy! It has its own mute button and volume control just like my phone, making it easy to control in a variety of ways.
