Good value for money.

Very good product for the price. My colleagues liked it too, so they ordered the same device. "Plus: Small and handy, good sound quality. It has features like volume and mute. Cons: Average build quality, should have labels for mute and volume buttons.

Impressed! on headsets

I bought 2 of these headsets at the same time in March 2018. It's July 2021 and both have had LOTS of use from Monday to Friday and are holding up well. I was impressed when I went back to my records and saw that we have had them for over 3 years. They look fragile, but they are very light and comfortable to wear for a long time. Both still work, but lately we've noticed that the voices cut out and disappear as if the connection wasn't very good. I plan to buy 2 more!

Pros
  • Beautifully built
Cons
  • old

Nice simple headset

This headset is designed for Cisco phones but also comes with an adapter that works with my Polycom phone. The headset reproduces a stable, audible and clear sound. The frame of the head is very simple. But it doesn't work comfortably. The same applies to the headset. But you get what you pay for. In general I am satisfied with this product. For me it was a trial purchase. Since I use it for work, I would have liked a more comfortable headset. The cables lying around don't bother me. This…

  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Available in white only

They don't stay on

I bought this headset and everything was fine. They don't stay on my head. It has an adjustment to widen the headset but no way to make it smaller to fit my head. So I had to wear them and keep putting them back on my head during use because they were too big and kept falling off. Now the whole band that goes over your head has decided to break, and the little plastic ball that part goes in has broken. This is not a product I would buy from this company again. Now I have to spend more money to…

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Too stupid

Don't waste your money

Very, very cheap. I don't really have a small head, but it doesn't fit me well enough at all. In general, the thing is done very poorly. The microphone is moving, it's on and I have to constantly adjust it. To be honest I just put it back in the box. I will buy another brand even though it works. The sound is good. but since it doesn't sit properly on my head, the constant adjustment is extremely annoying. I don't have very free hands when I'm constantly making adjustments. I should know better

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Works perfectly! for phone accessories

I also bought one from WirelessFinest for $19 but the head strap was so long it was unusable. I paid $24 for it at Vanstalk and it fits perfectly and works great! I used to use the Plantronics M12 to answer, hang up, mute, change volume, etc., but it's not necessary. I just plugged this (with the key on) into the phone's handset jack (I unplugged it). Pick up the phone and talk through this headset - easy! It has its own mute button and volume control just like my phone, making it easy to…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Cheap and easy! As I prefer mine.

.headset will be in the headphones. The sound quality is good, it's light, they hear me normally, without any problems. Perfect for those obligatory conference calls and phone training sessions that just keep going (god, will this ever end?). The earbud can get warm after the fourth hour, but that's probably because the marrow exiting your ear is itself quite warm. It can be confusing for some people to only have one earbud as most are used to having two, but they adjust quickly and leave one…

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Nothing

Works well enough

I'm too stubborn to pay $50 for a replacement Plantronics binaural headset, so I bought this to make ends meet. I hooked it up to my M22 amp and it worked straight away. It has a much shorter cord and doesn't have a quick disconnect like my old headset, but I'll get used to it over time. It seems comfortable enough, and both the earpiece and mic were very clear when I made a test call to my voicemail. Not bad for under $20. I hear a rattling noise in the volume/mute/shirt clip part of the…

Pros
  • Excellent sound quality thanks to the flexible, adjustable microphone. Please see the list of compatible phones in the description.
Cons
  • No performance
