This headset is designed for Cisco phones but also comes with an adapter that works with my Polycom phone. The headset reproduces a stable, audible and clear sound. The frame of the head is very simple. But it doesn't work comfortably. The same applies to the headset. But you get what you pay for. In general I am satisfied with this product. For me it was a trial purchase. Since I use it for work, I would have liked a more comfortable headset. The cables lying around don't bother me. This headset is designed for talking, not listening to music.
