I have purchased a powerful Ninja Foodi SS201 blender and processor. 1400 WP smartTORQUE 3-in-1 blender, blender and food processor 6 Auto-iQ presets. Exclusively for cocktail making, so I can't comment on other features. I'm better off manually controlling the blender speed than the default smoothie feature and I'm very happy with how it works. Also makes extremely smooth peanut butter. I've used this about 5 times a week for 4 months. Today the screws holding the base together have failed because the suction cups holding the base to the stand are stronger than the strength of the plastic case. I did this every time I used it as I had to take it to the garage to avoid waking people up and disturbing activities in neighboring rooms. it's quite loud and powerful. Handle frozen foods with ease. The warranty process was easy. I scanned the QRL code on the machine and entered some information and then called them. A very polite and helpful person walked me through and dropped the process. Who answered a few simple questions and took a video call so they could see the problem on video to back up my claim. I had to pay $20 to ship the replacement base which would take 2-7 business days. I think I have to pay shipping? no Otherwise, the warranty processing was fine. I will buy a small cheap plastic cutting board and use it as a suction cup platform to prevent this from happening again. You didn't ask for the old base, so I guess I have a backup now. hope this helps someone.
