thinner than some but very good - depends on what you want

Please don't prejudge terrible photos. We live in an apartment building and this is what the solution looked like. This is actually the second type of marble contact paper I've ordered and I'm wondering how it differs from the first. This one is thinner and initially feels less sticky than the first one I used. Because of those two things, this paper is easier to work with - it was a lot easier for me to pull it up, move it around, and get rid of air bubbles. But that also means it sometimes doesn't stick to some surfaces like the first contact paper I used; The first paper I used stuck to pretty much everything, including imperfections. However, I found that the blow dryer trick actually made the paper stick and that the paper stuck after a day. πŸ‘ Finally, I feel that because this paper is thinner, it gives the original surface a more "natural" feel - good or bad depending on what you want. I've used the first contact paper in our kitchen and it's shinier and feels thicker - so maybe it's better for very public areas and more durable for high traffic areas? But I am very happy with this paper in our bathroom. The other brand was Berry Sticker.
