Kraft paper, yes. Butcher paper, no.
I bought this to wrap brisket while they are being cooked in the pellet grill. Don't use it! The flesh sticks to the paper and is difficult to remove. I ended up losing all the crust at the bottom of the meat. Use it for crafting, not butcher paper.
