I like how easy it was to use, it allowed me to communicate with all of my coworkers in real-time without having them know who else had access or what they were saying. It also helped us keep track of when people said that they would be around so we could send out reminders if needed. This has been helpful because now we can easily talk about issues even if one person isn't physically there. The only thing I disliked was that sometimes the audio quality wasn't very good but this doesn't bother me too much since most people are able to hear just fine. Our team uses wickr business to coordinate our schedules. We have an internal chat room where employees post their availability as well as any deadlines related information.
