Package arrives on time My setup was relatively easy with 2 12v batteries. even adjusting and following the instructions was unable to get more than 11 1/2 volts into the battery. Even after leaving the system alone for more than a week, I still couldn't get a charge from the system. I swapped out the controller and then I was able to get the correct voltage. added two more panels and now the system works fantastic, I would recommend just buying the panel separately in the HPPt controller
