I am increasing the size from 0g/8mm to 00g/10mm. I've had 0g for a few years now but didn't want to get too big and ruin my ears. I heard from a professional piercer that I can go upstairs a little to be safe. It's hard to find 9mm anywhere, but Amazon had them! I was able to insert them very easily but had trouble getting the rubber ring on the back. All in all it's great. Tapers are heavy, but not too heavy. I felt they looked bigger than I expected so I compared them to the 00g/10m silicone tunnels I also bought from Amazon (another company) and they seem to be the same size. The packaging actually says 00g/9mm. So my guess is that's either a typo or she's actually 00g/10m. Who knows! I will definitely wear them until I order more than 00g/10mm. They might as well get in easily. Small bulging tunnels and cones can be seen in the first photo. You can see the dimensions 00g / 9mm. The second photo compares the flat end of the cone to a 10mm silicone pair. I'm giving 3 stars because they're either 9mm and that's a typo, or they're 10mm and ALSO a typo. If they are indeed 10mm then someone who didn't have an 8mm like me might not have been able to use them as easily and would have missed the target of getting 9mm rather than going straight to 10mm completely. Maybe there is no caliber size for 9mm so they just used 00g. I DON'T KNOW
