Perfect for the price!

Just what I needed without breaking the budget. Basic features, nothing fancy but perfect for those who work from home and need a wired desk phone with a headset. My only complaint is the actual headset, even at maximum volume it's difficult to hear customers at times. I bought a replacement headset with speakers for both ears and they work great.
