As someone who frequently shops online, I was excited to check out the fashionable and comfortable clothing that FTSUCQ had to offer. When I finally got my order in the mail, however, my excitement was swiftly replaced by disappointment. The low quality of the fabrics was the first thing that I observed when I looked at them. The garments gave off an impression of being of low quality and were scratchy against my flesh. It was obvious that the business had taken shortcuts in order to maintain their low prices, but by doing so, they had compromised the quality of the products that they offered. Even though the sizing chart was followed, the clothes did not have the correct proportions and did not fit correctly. The garments were uncomfortable to wear because different parts of them were either too tight or too loose for their intended purpose. It was annoying to spend money on clothing that didn't fit properly, particularly when the retailer claimed to place an emphasis on comfort. I attempted to get assistance from their customer service staff, but they did not respond to my messages and were not of any assistance to me. It seemed as if they had no interest in addressing any of my problems at all. In general, my time spent at FTSUCQ was a waste of time and money. Their clothes did not live up to their promise of being fashionable and comfortable, and the poor quality and fitting meant that I was left with clothes that I could not wear. If you place a high value on quality and an accurate fit, I would not suggest doing business with this organization.
