Hand pump not included. Useless foot pump was

I bought this product because of edema. I tried using a foot pump that is poorly made. Revain claims it comes with a hand pump. It is not. Very disappointed in Raven. Please ask for the correct pump before ordering. I have COPD and cannot inflate the product myself.
