Well done. Fully adjustable. The crown or bandage worn on the top of the head can be changed if necessary. I have a high crown on my head so I reshaped the band to fit my head by bending it. Plus, out of the box, these muffs squeezed my head pretty tight. No problem. with a slight outward curve of the headband, and I was able to increase the distance between the ear cups and reduce the down pressure. The foam pads on the cups are really soft and comfortable and easily isolate external noise. Despite what other reviewers have said, they seem really solid and quite durable. Nonetheless. The reason I can't give them 5 stars (at least for me) is because my ears don't fit in the cups. However, in terms of value for money, they are a good choice. They fit my wife perfectly so she keeps them. Since my ears do not fit in the cups, I have included some photos along with the detailed explanation below so you can determine if they fit you. /8 inches wide. These headphones are designed to "wrap" the entire ear, allowing the foam of the earcups to press against the sides of the head. The foam pads should NOT touch any part of the ear. A NOTICE. The actual opening "inside" the cups is slightly larger (approximately 2 7/8 inches high and 1 7/8 inches wide). To determine if your ears will fit these headphones, DO NOT measure the overall height of your ear, only measure the part of the ear where the ear cord is physically connected to your head. (Most ears in general are the tallest part, the top tip of the ear, not attached to the head). This allows the top of the ear to flex. Earlobes are a different story. Some people (like me) have attached earlobes. They are isolated from other people (see photo) So. By adjusting these headphones to a comfortable position, your ears will more or less dangle until they are "inside the bowl area". sort of) My problem is that the earlobes are attached. The entire attached part of my ear is higher than the hole in the cup. (see photo) So I can put my ear in the hole of the muff. After about 30 minutes of wearing, my earlobes hurt from bending and pinching. It also keeps the earbuds from touching my head on the bottom of the earbuds. NET: As long as the fleshy part of your ear is attached no higher than 2 3/8 inches, they should work just fine.
