Relaxing and fragrant foot bath with many health benefits

I have poor circulation in my legs and love to run, so I've heard that a herbal foot bath improves circulation, soothes my feet and relieves aches and pains. Herbal foot soaks have many other benefits such as detoxifying, soothing muscles, moisturizing skin and soothing dry feet like mine. Also, it offers aromatherapy because it smells so fragrant and refreshing. It comes in packs of 10 (10) and some of the herbs are safflower, mugwort, ginger, motherwort, dried tangerine etc. All you have to do is boil a gallon of water and add a foot spa bag and simmer it in there for 10- 12 minutes. After that, I drained the water and poured it into a large round container, and then added cold water to cool the boiling water and not to burn my feet. When the water was moderate, I soaked my feet for half an hour and relaxed. Afterward, my legs softened and I felt energized as my blood vessels opened up to deliver healthy nutrients to my muscles, nerves, and internal organs. I love getting my feet wet right before bed to unwind from the stress of the day and get a good night's sleep!
