I want to start by saying this is a good teapot, the material is lighter than I expected, but it serves its purpose and looks good. About 2 months after receiving the teapot I noticed that some rust was developing. So I contacted customer service and all I had to do was provide a photo of the rust spot and they apologized and immediately sent me a replacement free of charge. So far, so good. Great that there is a 12 month guarantee! I'm giving them 4 stars because of the quick response and because they really seem to care that I'm happy with my purchase.
