Thanks I hate this most on women
It broke the minute I tried to adjust the straps (they have more resistance than an arm trainer at the gym, the faux leather doesn't move), hardware was too tight wrapped in duct tape and I spent twenty minutes poking around in the transparencies on top of the paper trying to unfold it. The zippers on the wings broke when I tried to get the stupid tape off. Worst packaging idea and my bag broke. It looked cute until I tried to at least unbox it.
