So, I ordered on Wednesday and got them on Friday. Install had son glitches, there we some sheet metal baffles/holders between the burners. the new ones did not fit into these, I just ripped them off and the burners dropped in place. Also, these are made in 2 pieces instead for 1. The screws holding the burner to the gas tube need to be tightened prior to install. I feel both of these are just minor issues, I am very pleased with the new burner. I had just replaced the ceramics and not the burners, it is now like a new grill!
