Flight security never forced me to unlock and I was able to continue taking my hand luggage with me without any problems.
It's a bit difficult to do both zippers at the same time. I have used from my mediset/drugs and jewelry. I love the added security of having other relatives and friends at home if they have young children. You can't hurt yourself with my drugs. Helped me relieve stress with valuable jewelry. Small enough to take with you on the plane for two full 7 days, morning, noon, evening and bedtime. Plus additional slots for other items. There is also a zipper inside.
