Not Jolly the Reindeer

I bought this item because I preferred the Itzy Ritzy Jolly the Reindeer over their Cocoa Bear; however, I was sent the Cocoa Bear. I requested a replacement and it went through, but now the image on this item has changed to Cocoa the Bear. The headline and the descriptions still refer to Jolly the Reindeer. I have not received the replacement yet, but the image has changed, so I don't have high hopes for getting the product I was originally advertised and purposefully bought.
