My diaphragm ruptured upon delivery. We decided to install anyway to see if it would work. Our water smelled and tasted like rubber. There were small black particles in the water. I emailed the company to complain and never heard from them. I had to buy new packaging directly from GE, so I paid twice as much to have clean drinking water. π‘
