Review on 💫 Elevate Eyelash Perm Pack with L-Arginine for Enhanced Results by Emily Smith

These are individual Perm Solution packs for lash lift only, no dye or silicone pads or wands. Must be used with consumables from another set or purchased separately. The solution works great and I like the individual bags as they are much more hygienic than other solutions. They are meant to be used once and then thrown away, which I'm a big fan of. The solution is strong but not irritating to the eyes. Attached is a picture of what it looks like after I let the solution sit for 7 minutes, wiping one side at a time.
