I ordered this strap for hands-free running. I've only ridden it twice so far. This is my first treadmill so I have no comparisons. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I'm not thrilled. I like it enough to keep it. I like that there are two pockets. I love that my Otterbox iPhone fits in a pocket with no issues. I like that the strap is light. I would say there are two things that could make it better. The zipper pullers are made of metal, so they keep ringing when you move them. I think this can be fixed with rubber or even plastic zippers.2. I adjusted the strap to be the smallest size possible. It doesn't fit my natural waistline but does fit my lower abdomen. I don't consider myself the skinniest person, but I have a healthy BMI (about 5'9" and 152lbs). I ordered the smaller of the two sizes available. skinny.
