Bad screen protection
The instructions said to first peel off the first protective film and then place it on the screen, which is what I did, and then peel off the second protective film with a swab in step 3, but there was no sticker or protective film in step 3, so I left a screen protector with bubbles and scratches and a small defect. Very disappointing.
