I bought it for Christmas. It arrived early enough the day before that I could assemble it before work. It came with all the necessary tools, screws, washers, allen keys of various sizes and folding instructions. The instructions were clear but I'm still confused. Get a YouTube video to help you put this together as it's best to do things out of order to save you headaches in the future. It took about an hour to assemble and start. leveled a quick build platform with a piece of paper [youtube shows you how to level the Ender 3 platform]. After the right level I jumped on thingiverse to get a free printable 3d model something small [coral statue] and use it. The coral statue I printed was so advanced that I could see the different ways it could be printed with its various pointed pillars and arches. In my opinion it's much better than the original Doggo miniature that came preloaded for testing. At this point I would like to point out that I had no problems with the test filament they provided which was plain PLA [Plastic Based Filament]. ] I mentioned this because when I ordered the printer I also ordered a red TPU rubber, TPU is softer and much more advanced than PLA to work with. With the TPU I bought I made a mess and clogged the nozzle before contacting support. Comgrow seller I bought from. When I contacted support they replied to me within 20 minutes and we had an answer and a fourth question which fixed my issue and allowed me to successfully test printing again with TPU filament. But the problems with the TPU persisted even after raising the temperature and following the instructions. After some research I found out that working with TPU is harder than PLA and I should stick with plain PLA until I get a good feel for each setting. I would recommend this great entry-level 3D printer to anyone. When you get Creality 3, order from Comgrow. If you have any problem, they will help you and guide you through every step to solve your problem. I contacted support three times the next day and each time the response was prompt, usually within 20 minutes of my email.
