Review on πŸ”΄ Interstate Pneumatics WRCO2 CO2 Regulator - Small, Red Aluminum Body 0-125 PSI - AMT-WRCO2 by Marco Wilson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The milling on the exit and entry threads is of poor quality. See photo

Overall this appears to be a good part. It's like "cheap American" quality that's good enough but not as good as it used to be. Thread milling is very bad for air/gas working parts. See photo. I was only able to get the air hose 3-4 turns into the thread where there seems to be room for about 8 turns. I used an extra layer of teflon tape and tightened the two nuts. So far no leaks at 900psi. Overall it seems to work well and has some neat features I wasn't aware of. It vents excess gas from the entire exhaust line when the regulator is set to 0. It may seem obvious, but it's nice to have. The belt clip rotates 360 degrees, which allows the CO2 tank to remain upright, preventing liquid CO2 from leaking into the regulator and damaging it or your instruments. The parts I bought are below. You don't need anything other than whatever tool you want to use. I wanted to inflate and deflate tires, so AstroAI does both.
