I like that it has an easy to use interface, as well as being able to easily customize how you want your system set up (as far back into time tracking goes). The customer service can be hit-or miss sometimes; some are really great at helping out while others just seem annoyed if they don't know what we're talking about when trying help us with our questions/problems! It's not perfect but does do most things very nicely without too much hassle from me once i get used to using them properly - which takes only minutes :) We've been running this product since March 2018 so there isn't any problems yet regarding its functionality however my team would love more than one way to enter sales data such as credit card transactions etc through different methods e.g., app vs website form submission & manual entry via excel file uploads rather then having multiple ways available within 1 account area.
