These shorts are perfect for the gym. I exercise a lot, mostly cardio, and it's nice not to wear long pants. They are comfortable and really let my body breathe. This is especially nice in the summer for my outdoor workouts. They have a dense body below and a loose top. They have reflective markings, perfect when I'm running to get noticed. I like the zippered back pocket, which allows me to keep cards or money in case I need to go to a store down my street for something. These shorts even have a phone pocket.
