I think most of the reviewers here have written about it after a few bakes. As with all non-stick coatings, the real measure of quality comes with time. I've had them for just under a year and have only used them 6-8 times and cleaning is a nightmare. Today I baked egg frittatas in it, even oiled them and peeled them for 10 minutes (after soaking them for hours). As with all my nonstick coatings, I am very careful not to scratch them or use metal utensils on them. So it's been less than a year and they're in the trash, I find new ones and throw those out. The second star is for even baking. They're good for baking if you're using muffin liners, but they're bad otherwise.
