My child turned this mattress and her double mattress over in the middle of the night. I heard nothing, and then a thud on the monitor. When I went upstairs to check for noise I found my 3 year old daughter wedged under the mattress. Super scary. I removed the product from her bed. God saves the man who saves himself. Assembly was pretty easy - I googled the instructions. You have not been included. It is absolutely dangerous to install this product by yourself. I had to move my child to another room while struggling to put them on the double mattress. You MUST have a box spring or some kind of hard flat surface underneath. This does not work with a platform bed frame. I ended up using cardboard from the box as a temporary fix for the installation until I could find plywood to put between our mattress and frame. I can't figure out how to fold the side panel, the instructions on how to do this are unclear. The foldable side was a big plus so this is disappointing. It feels sturdy and I'm not worried about my baby rolling out, so at least I feel safe.
