for me, they look very bright no doubt. But they provide very little usable light on my 2019 Subaru Outback. In fact, my fog lights were projecting light onto the trees in front of my car. As a result, the fog lights appear almost as bright as the high beam. This is probably because the bulbs don't match the parabolic shape of the reflective coating in the fog lamp. I would NOT RECOMMEND these lamps for owners of 2019 Subaru Outbacks.
