I'm confused? - Balms and Moisturizers
It definitely has pigment, some say it has none, but it's more like a lipstick than a "colored balm". It dries like a lipstick, not a lip balm, so it gets quite set. I tried to take a regular photo but it's also hard to apply because it has a rounded tip instead of a sharp edge like regular lipstick so I couldn't apply it without looking messy. You could solve this problem by using a lip liner, but I felt like that defeated the purpose of buying a non-lipstick? Overall I like it, it's just NOT AMAZING.
