Review on Panasonic KX-TSC11B Corded Phone, Black with Caller ID by Robert Tyus

- I recently bought this phone from Revain for under $19 with free shipping. I work in the telecom industry and today I think this phone is a great purchase. The quality of the phone is good. caller identification. This model doesn't have a speakerphone, so be aware if that's what you're looking for. This is a great basic desk/wall phone with caller ID. Batteries are required to display caller ID. That can be good or bad. I like a phone that runs on AC and has battery backup. This is battery operated. It is difficult to find a phone that runs on AC power these days. Some people don't have an outlet near a phone jack, so a battery pack is better suited for this application anyway. The handset cord is relatively short. So if you need a longer cable, be sure to order an additional cable of the desired length. Panasonic makes pretty good products for today's limited options. Gone are the days when Western Electric phones were made in the USA. I would recommend this phone to anyone looking for a cheap, quality landline phone. It wouldn't hurt to use good, long-lasting batteries to reduce the number of battery changes.
