So the cleaning instructions say to spray on the cleaner, let it sit, then wipe away excess moisture with a towel. ***In the interest of your partner(s), please take the time to use hot water and skin-friendly soap and rinse off completely. If you are sensitive to detergents, you can skip this. (I'll explain why one of its chemicals is particularly pesky.) Or, if you're using this and notice hives, swelling, or an allergic reaction, stop using it and see if it helps. But what would I spray and clean with it? It feels brand new (like fresh out of the box). Aside from the smell, which some people hate (which doesn't irritate me), this is a good cleaner. Spraying and spraying the cleaner really gets into cracks, patterns or shapes where bacteria can live and grow. I've even used it on other silicone products around the house (again: always spray on, leave on, then wash off with very hot soapy water; for skin irritation). Here's my big problem. If you look at the ingredients list, you will see benzalkonium. There have been **many** peer-reviewed studies showing that this chemical can worsen asthma sensitivity (Source: Association of Occupational and Environmental Clinics (AOEC): AOEC Exposure Code List (2020 Update). And perhaps ironically, this one has Chemical studied a fate and showed evidence of "reproductive toxicity in animals" (Source: Search for Dr. Vanessa E. Melin along with text cited above) In addition, all studies on this chemical have shown a high concern for skin irritation and not in Your eyes. Regarding its use mainly around the reproductive organs and on the skin, I recommend anyone considering this product to just make an informed decision. Do your research. I think its use should be fine as long as you use it wash thoroughly... Just.... Be more careful than the instructions dictate. Be safe. And if you have the slightest concern n, good quality or antibacterial soap and hot water should help.
