Good but small: Outdoors

I bought these to wear on my night runs. They are very reflective and I love that they are adjustable without velcro. However, I agree with other reviews that they are smaller than advertised. I'm a fairly petite woman and can only wear them on my ankles/calfs and biceps/arms, not on my hips or waist.
