I like that it's easy enought for employees who don't know very much about computers or how websites work at least - they can edit content themselves instead having IT help do so (which takes longer than editing directly from Word). That said you really need some technical knowledge if your not used too often as there isn;y any support unless something goes wrong which unfortunately does happen sometimes! We're trying this out because we want our staffs more involved but also easier access/edit control over what gets published online rather then waiting 2 weeks for someone else t odo things manually etc.
