I've definitely never bought a lighting system like this! This one really is that advanced, with so many great options. It comes with a remote control to control the lighting settings, colors and changes at will. This can be synced with the app so you can switch the lights according to your music mode. The strip can be cut to the perfect length and comes with a strong adhesive. As far as brightness goes, it's quite bright. I bought it for my daughter's room for the night but ended up using it in her living room because it looked so pretty. And a big incentive - it's pretty affordable! I would say it's worth buying!
