Review on 🚗 Metra 99-5808 Single DIN Installation Multi-Kit: Perfect Fit for 2004-up Ford/Mercury Vehicles (Black) by Shane Solorzano

Worked and installation was quick and easy. Four screws outside - four screws inside. Then install the main unit as usual. My only complaint is that the bezel that comes with the kit around the front of the head unit doesn't quite fit. If you put it all the way down, it won't be flush with the front edge of the rest of the kit, so you'll have to "float" it. If you accidentally press it while pressing a button or changing the volume, the bezel will move and you'll have to pull it back out. The bezel that came with my head unit looked odd on this kit because it was beveled and all the edges of the kit were hard and square. I was faced with a choice between a bezel that didn't fit aesthetically or a bezel that didn't function properly. This is one of the few kits available (if not the only one) so either use this one or pay a lot more money for a double din unit.
