Review on 🔌 Kingwin USB C Hub Adapter: Thunderbolt 3, High Speed SD MS Micro M2 CF Card Reader and USB 3.0 Hub for MacBook, Laptop, Desktop Type-C by Paul Evangelista

I don't usually review products but this product was so well made and I loved it that I felt compelled to write a review. I'm trying to be a photographer and I don't have a built-in card reader on my desktop. The chassis I chose does not support front I/O. So, just after I got my camera almost two years ago, I went to Walmart to buy a cheap little card reader to throw in my bag. It worked, but it was slow and the cable was flexible so it kept dropping out. I needed a new card reader. First I needed USB 3. Check it out. Second, it has a nice stand so I can hang it on my desk and always have a comfortable place to put my card. Check. Last but not least, I needed to keep my college/photographer/gamer/car enthusiast bank account intact. check over. It ticked all my boxes and had good reviews so I went for it. It's better than I expected. The outer frame is metal and has rubber feet that stick to my desk and large mouse pad. My SD cards and USB sticks slide in easily and fit perfectly. Oh yeah, I didn't mention that it doubles as a 3-port USB 3 hub. The only downside I found was that it came with a 3-foot cable and I needed a longer one. Fortunately, you can replace the cable. I bought a six foot cable for about $6 or so and it's perfect. I love this product and it will be the card reader I take with me on every trip. Since the cable is detachable, I don't have to worry about it snapping. It's metal so I know I can toss it in my bag and walk away without worrying about where it is in my bag. It's just the best for me. As a photographer, the hardest part for me was transferring photos from the camera to the computer, as I had had very bad experiences with the old card reader. It was more of a job than a hobby. Now I just plug in my card, transfer it, take it out and go back to shooting. I love it. Again, I don't usually do product reviews, but this is what made me do it because it's so awesome. Highly recommended! -Landon Rock
