No threads in ceiling fans and accessories

Maybe it's a good idea to let us know it has no threads and doesn't fit the model you're talking about (the diameter is the same, so will require an external one grommet for connection). Pen. Waste of my time and energy! And I thought that by using the same fan company, I was doing the right thing instead of using a brand that isn't owned by the company. a real man.
