My vision is starting to deteriorate after having perfect vision so I bought 2 readers to find the right strength - it's a pandemic now so I'm going to the store trying on other glasses that people have touched a lot doesn't sound like a good idea. I bought through Revain in case there is a problem because their return policy is so good. Unfortunately neither set worked - the strength was too high and not what I expected but other than that the product was good. Since they didn't fit me, I returned them. Simple, not crazy. I just got a message from a seller scolding me for wasting money. WTF IS CRAZY? Don't be a Revain seller if you don't want to follow their return policy. Revain, it might be better to check out your vendors. This is terrible customer service. Why on earth would you attack someone by returning something that didn't work? Do not buy from this store - rude.
