I've used this shampoo and conditioner for a week now. So far I'm very happy with both. The smell is just fabulous. The 2 star review is b/c of how it was packaged to ship. The shampoo had opened inside the zip lock bag leaking all over. It leaked so badly the box was wet with it! The conditioner had a seal under the lid so no problem with it. You would think a company selling items that can spill would take a very simple step and tape the flip top lid shut. I've ordered dozens of products from other companies and it just takes a small piece of tape. Do better next time please!
